Fire Exit Doors

 Door wings and frames are produced from galvanized steel sheets of Erdemir International trade mark 1,5 and 2,0mm thickness respectively.

  All doors include incombustible ''frame seals'' to avoid bumping of wing and frame.

  All doors are provided with ''fire gaskets'' to prevent flame and smoke leakage.

  All fire doors contain panic-bars to enable easy opening during fire and emergency situations.

  Door wings are fabricated using special insulation materials of different densities to provide the requested resistance to fire.

  Door wings are produced of maximum 90 kg weight.

  Frames are manufactured battened, chamfered, adjustable to ordered wall thickness and easily applicable on the dummy frame.

  "Hydrualic door closers'' with stiffness adjustment are provided on doors to enable proper and automatic closure.

  Push plates, pull handles and kickplates are mounted on doors if requested.

  Industrial type doors have door handles and contain reeled or tongued lock system.

 Door surfaces and frames are scratch free, oven dried polyester painted at colors shown on the RAL cataloque.

 Hinges enable proper fit of wings and frames, are incombustible, grease-nippled and are suitable to door weight.

 All door components assembled completed in-situ.

 Door frames are resistant to trolley or forklift strikes, since they surround the wall edges

 Doors are manufactured compatible with the required norms.
